Founder, Dog Walker
From the age of 11, Effie has been taking care of stray animals, driven by a deep passion for their well-being. She always dreamed of being able to communicate with animals and at 18, she chose to start dog training to help both dogs and their owners, aiming to reduce abandonment through education and guidance. Over the years, her dedication to dogs and their humans led to the creation of Effie’s Woofies, a place where every dog is treated with patience, kindness, and understanding.
ACHILLEAS
Co-Founder, Cinematographer , Photographer
Achilleas has been by Effie’s side even before Effie’s Woofies was born, sharing the same love and vision for helping animals. He started filming and taking photos as soon as he could walk, later studying in New York to become a film director and cinematographer. Alongside his passion for visual storytelling, his love for animals grew stronger, leading him to study dog behavior to better understand them. Today, Achilleas combines his creative eye with dog walking, capturing the joy and spirit of every dog at Effie’s Woofies while supporting their growth and well-being.
